Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@lunessa.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@lunessa.shop with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes items marked as final sale or clearance items. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
